All our items are made to order to ensure perfection.
After you place an order, it goes to production to create and personalize your product. This process takes 4 to 6 business days.
After that, your product is packaged and ship to you. Shipping requires 3 – 7 business days after the production time.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your shipment is on the way.
Please allow an extra 2 -3 days during holidays and busy seasons.
We only service and ship to the United States for now. All orders are made and dispatched from Wisconsin, US.
The shipments are fully tracked from our door to yours.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. While most deliveries arrive on time, occasional carrier delays can occur.
